- Self-Installed Products: If you have opted to install the IceGlaze Sunroof yourself, returns are only eligible if the product is faulty upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Items that do not meet the above conditions.
- Products that have been customized beyond standard customization options.
- Products installed professionally unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Initiating a Return
