Who will be doing the installation?

The installation will be completed by your nearest participating IceGlaze installer.

What does the installation cost?

There is no additional cost for installation, it's included in the price.

Can I install IceGlaze myself, or do I need a professional?

Once I have the product, how long does the installation itself take?

The installation typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.

My car is leased. Can I still install IceGlaze, and is it easy to remove later?

Yes, installation is possible on leased vehicles, and it can be removed if needed.

What car models does IceGlaze work with?

IceGlaze is currently available for the Tesla Model Y and Model 3

Do you plan to offer IceGlaze for other car models or brands?

Is IceGlaze available for the windshield or side windows?

Currently, IceGlaze is only available for the panoramic glass roof of the Tesla Model Y and Model 3.

Why is the price for Model Y higher than for Model 3?

The roof on the Model Y is significantly larger and consists of a full glass panel, which we tint entirely. This requires more material and additional time for installation, increasing both the complexity and the overall cost compared to the rear windows of the Model 3.

Does IceGlaze affect the structural integrity or safety rating of my vehicle’s roof?

No, it does not!

Warranty, returns, & policies

Is there a warranty, and how long does it last?

Yes, IceGlaze includes a two-year warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers issues related to the dimming functionality of the IceGlaze roof. It also covers the functionality of the remote control.

Can I return IceGlaze if I’m not satisfied after it’s installed?

Returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality once installation is complete.

Will installing or using IceGlaze affect my Tesla’s factory warranty?

No, it will not affect your factory warranty.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders in the contiguous US. Shipping starts from $59 for International orders.

What are the estimated delivery times?

  • Domestic (U.S.): Within 3-5 days
  • International: Within 7-14 days

Can I change my delivery address or adjust my order after checkout?

If your order hasn’t shipped, you can contact our support team to update the address. If it has already shipped, our team will attempt to intercept and reroute it
